Product Description
Expert Greenhouse LED Grow Light Full Spectrum with UV IR Cannabis 800W
Future of Greenhouse Grow Lighting
PAR is not an ideal measurement, but it is the standard measurement.
Typical values required for lettuce might be 100-300 PPFD, whereas for marijuana, it may be 400-800 PPFD. At about 1200 PPFD, you're reaching the maximum most plants can use, unless you start supplementing CO2. Noon day sun is about 1500 PPFD.
YPF is a better measurement.

Q&A
How far away should I setup my LED grow light from the plant canopy?
Recommended distances may vary based on the brand, light shape, coverage area, beam angle, etc. These factors all affect the Photosynthetic Active Radiation (PAR) that contacts the plants leaves. The best advice is to follow the manufacturer's recommendations for their light as they will all be slightly different. But generally, 18"-36" is a typical distance: 18" for flower and 24" or more for veg.
